Project results

The Women Development Program and Platform is designed to empower young women entering male-dominated industries such as business and STEM. It offers a comprehensive range of self-development tools, mentorship opportunities, and resources to help women build the skills and confidence needed to overcome gender bias in professional environments. The platform includes an e-mentor program, training modules, and practical tools aimed at enhancing employability and fostering resilience against discrimination. It supports women in achieving equal opportunities and thriving in their chosen careers.

The Youth Workers Toolkit Development focuses on equipping youth workers with the tools and resources necessary to support young women entering male-dominated fields like business and STEM. The toolkit provides practical strategies to help youth workers guide women in overcoming gender bias and discrimination, fostering an inclusive professional environment. It includes awareness-building materials, guidance on promoting equal opportunities, and techniques for empowering women to proactively navigate challenges in their careers. The toolkit aims to strengthen youth workers’ ability to mentor and support young women in achieving professional success.
