Luka p\u0142ciowa w STEM to nie tylko kwestia r\u00f3\u017cnorodno\u015bci w miejscu pracy &#8211; wp\u0142ywa ona na wzrost gospodarczy, post\u0119p technologiczny i rozw\u00f3j spo\u0142eczny.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Liczby m\u00f3wi\u0105 same za siebie &#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wed\u0142ug UNESCO (2023) kobiety stanowi\u0105 zaledwie 28% globalnej kadry pracowniczej w obszarze STEM. Sytuacja jest jeszcze bardziej widoczna w\u00a0dziedzinach takich jak in\u017cynieria i informatyka, gdzie udzia\u0142 kobiet spada odpowiednio do 16% i 18%.
