O projeto centra-se em jovens mulheres com idades compreendidas entre os 16 e os 26 anos que est\u00e3o a adquirir qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es nas \u00e1reas empresarial e STEM e que se preparam para entrar no mercado de trabalho. Em termos de gera\u00e7\u00f5es de mulheres, as jovens nascidas entre 1998 e 2008 pertencem \u00e0 \u201c<strong>Gera\u00e7\u00e3o Z\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A acessibilidade \u00e0 tecnologia e \u00e0 Internet proporcionou \u00e0 Gera\u00e7\u00e3o Z uma abund\u00e2ncia de informa\u00e7\u00e3o, permitindo-lhes alargar os seus conhecimentos e ser proactivos na aprendizagem, o que os torna a gera\u00e7\u00e3o mais preparada tecnologicamente e socialmente mais reativa at\u00e9 \u00e0 data. Os principais atributos da Gera\u00e7\u00e3o Z s\u00e3o: tecnologicamente preparados, progressistas e curiosos. (Oana Stoica-Guia para cada gera\u00e7\u00e3o e os tra\u00e7os que as diferenciam).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mulheres empres\u00e1rias<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No dom\u00ednio do empreendedorismo, <strong>o inqu\u00e9rito da Eurochambres Women Network Survey 2023: Um retrato do empreendedorismo feminino<\/strong> analisa a forma como as mulheres empres\u00e1rias, em particular, est\u00e3o a reagir aos desafios atuais, considerando tamb\u00e9m as quest\u00f5es que dizem respeito mais especificamente \u00e0s empresas lideradas por mulheres.<\/p>\n<p>O inqu\u00e9rito aborda diferentes temas, desde as compet\u00eancias ao equil\u00edbrio entre a vida profissional e a vida privada, do financiamento \u00e0 digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, e visa dar uma vis\u00e3o geral do ambiente empresarial para uma mulher. O principal objetivo \u00e9 ajudar os decisores a desenvolver iniciativas mais espec\u00edficas para apoiar as mulheres empres\u00e1rias em toda a Europa.<\/p>\n<p>A grande maioria dos empres\u00e1rios tem entre 40 e 60 anos de idade, ou mesmo mais. Apenas algumas empresas s\u00e3o dirigidas por mulheres jovens. Pode presumir-se que, na atual conjuntura econ\u00f3mica dif\u00edcil, a profiss\u00e3o de empres\u00e1rio pode n\u00e3o ser considerada t\u00e3o atrativa para as gera\u00e7\u00f5es mais jovens como o foi nas anteriores.<\/p>\n<p>A dimens\u00e3o da empresa das mulheres est\u00e1 em sintonia com a tend\u00eancia geral das empresas na Europa, composta principalmente por pequenas e m\u00e9dias empresas, tendo a grande maioria uma microempresa.<\/p>\n<p>O dom\u00ednio de atividade \u00e9 representado principalmente pela presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os (incluindo consultoria, educa\u00e7\u00e3o, servi\u00e7os financeiros\/profissionais, servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade, servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos e outros servi\u00e7os). Como seria de esperar, os empregos mais t\u00e9cnicos s\u00e3o menos comuns entre as mulheres empres\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n<p>Os principais obst\u00e1culos que as mulheres enfrentam atualmente na gest\u00e3o das suas empresas s\u00e3o os seguintes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Burocracia e liquidez\/acesso ao financiamento, os principais obst\u00e1culos encontrados pelas mulheres empres\u00e1rias. Continua a ser necess\u00e1rio garantir que as mulheres tenham um acesso facilitado, sem serem discriminadas em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do sexo ou dos seus dom\u00ednios de atividade.<\/li>\n<li>Igualdade de oportunidades e de remunera\u00e7\u00e3o: muitas mulheres empres\u00e1rias queixaram-se da falta de tempo para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o e a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o profissional. A remunera\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser uniforme e as mulheres precisam de ter uma oportunidade real de aceder a cargos de dire\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>As mulheres empres\u00e1rias est\u00e3o na vanguarda da transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital e sustent\u00e1vel e os decisores devem garantir o acesso \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre medidas e iniciativas de financiamento para apoiar estas transforma\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mulheres designers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O Instituto da Propriedade Intelectual da Uni\u00e3o Europeia (EUIPO) analisou a disparidade de g\u00e9nero (1) no design a partir de diferentes perspetivas, no Relat\u00f3rio sobre_Women_in_Design\/2023.<\/p>\n<p>O ponto de partida foi a an\u00e1lise da participa\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado de trabalho das mulheres designers, medindo a disparidade de g\u00e9nero em termos de emprego. Em 2021, 24 % dos designers eram mulheres e uma disparidade de g\u00e9nero semelhante no registo de desenhos ou modelos (26 % dos desenhos ou modelos registados no EUIPO por propriet\u00e1rios sediados na UE tinham pelo menos uma designer mulher no mesmo ano). Embora as disparidades entre homens e mulheres tenham diminu\u00eddo na \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, os progressos no sentido da paridade de g\u00e9nero s\u00e3o lentos. A taxa m\u00e9dia de crescimento anual do n\u00famero de designers do sexo feminino no per\u00edodo 2011-2021 foi de 5%; a este ritmo, seriam necess\u00e1rios 51 anos para atingir a paridade de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p>A disparidade entre homens e mulheres no emprego de desenhadores explica-se pela propor\u00e7\u00e3o muito baixa de mulheres que trabalham como engenheiras eletrot\u00e9cnicas e programadoras e analistas de software e que apresentam ficheiros de registo de desenhos ou modelos. A percentagem de mulheres entre os profissionais das ci\u00eancias f\u00edsicas e da terra, arquitetos e urbanistas, inspetores e projetistas \u00e9 ainda mais elevada, atingindo mais de 50% em sete Estados-Membros da UE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mulheres no sector digital <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O relat\u00f3rio da EU <a href=\"https:\/\/commission.europa.eu\/strategy-and-policy\/priorities-2019-2024\/europe-fit-digital-age\/europes-digital-decade-digital-targets-2030_en\">\u201dDigitalCompass &amp; Digital Decade Policy Programme 2030 (DDPP)\u201c din 2022\u201d menciona os seguintes dados estat\u00edsticos sobre a participa\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres no sector digital<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apenas 17% &#8211; 1 em cada 6 especialistas em TIC na UE \u00e9 mulher;<\/li>\n<li>Apenas 1 em cada 3 licenciados em Ci\u00eancias, Tecnologia, Engenharia e Matem\u00e1tica (STEM) \u00e9 mulher;<\/li>\n<li>Apenas 19% dos empres\u00e1rios europeus do sector das TIC s\u00e3o mulheres;<\/li>\n<li>As mulheres que trabalham no sector das TIC ganham quase 20% menos do que os homens.<\/li>\n<li>93% do capital investido em empresas europeias em 2022 foi destinado a equipas fundadoras exclusivamente masculinas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O gr\u00e1fico abaixo mostra o n\u00famero de especialistas em TIC em 2013, indicando que a percentagem de mulheres nas TIC n\u00e3o se alterou muito ao longo do tempo<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-126 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/4equality.erasmus.site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4e4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"430\" srcset=\"https:\/\/4equality.erasmus.site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4e4.jpg 800w, https:\/\/4equality.erasmus.site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4e4-300x161.jpg 300w, https:\/\/4equality.erasmus.site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4e4-768x413.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Adotada em 23 de novembro de 2023, a Recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho sobre a melhoria das compet\u00eancias digitais na educa\u00e7\u00e3o visa melhorar as compet\u00eancias digitais na educa\u00e7\u00e3o e na forma\u00e7\u00e3o, a fim de prosseguir uma transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital justa e inclusiva que n\u00e3o deixe ningu\u00e9m para tr\u00e1s, com base nos seguintes princ\u00edpios:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A tecnologia deve ser utilizada para unir as pessoas e n\u00e3o para as dividir.
