Activitatile proiectului se concentreaz\u0103 pe v\u00e2rsta tinerelor femei<\/p>\n<p>de 16-26 ani care doresc sa dezvolte cariere in afaceri \u0219i STEM \u0219i se preg\u0103tesc sa intre pe\u00a0 pia\u021ba muncii. Fetele tinere n\u0103scute \u00eentre anii 1998 \u0219i 2008 apar\u021bin &#8222;Genera\u021biei Z&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Accesibilitatea la tehnologie \u0219i la internet a oferit \u201cGenera\u021biei Z\u201d o abunden\u021b\u0103 de informa\u021bii, permi\u021b\u00e2ndu-le s\u0103-\u0219i extind\u0103 cuno\u0219tin\u021bele \u0219i s\u0103 fie proactive.<\/p>\n<p>Generatia Z este cea mai preg\u0103tit\u0103 tehnologic \u0219i cea mai receptiv\u0103 din punct de vedere social din generatiile de p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een prezent.<\/p>\n<p>Atributele tinerelor din genera\u021biei Z sunt: preg\u0103tite tehnologic, progresiste, curioase. (<em>Oana Stoica- Ghid pentru fiecare genera\u021bie \u0219i tr\u0103s\u0103turile care le diferen\u021biaz\u0103<\/em>)<\/p>\n<p>FEMEILE ANTREPRENOR<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen domeniul antreprenoriatului, sondajul elaborat in anul 3023 de Eurochambre ( Camera de Comert Europeana) intitulat \u201cReteaua femeilor Euchambres -o imagine a antreprenoriatului feminin\u201d analizeaz\u0103 modul \u00een care femeile antreprenor reac\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00een special la provoc\u0103rile actuale, lu\u00e2nd \u00een considerare \u0219i problemele care se refer\u0103 \u00een mod specific la afacerile conduse de femei.<\/p>\n<p>Sondajul abordeaz\u0103 diferite subiecte, de la competen\u021be la echilibrul dintre via\u021ba profesional\u0103 \u0219i cea privat\u0103, de la finan\u021bare la digitalizare \u0219i \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 ofere o privire asupra mediului de afaceri feminin. Concluzia principala a studiului este de a ajuta factorii de decizie s\u0103 dezvolte ini\u021biative mai bine direc\u021bionate pentru sprijinirea femeilor antreprenor din \u00eentreaga Europ\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Marea majoritate a femeilor antreprenor au \u00eentre 40 \u0219i 60 de ani, chiar mai \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103. Doar pu\u021bine companii sunt conduse de femei tinere. S-ar putea presupune c\u0103, \u00een contextul actual al mediului economic, antreprenoriatul nu este perceput ca fiind atractiv pentru tineri, in general si pentru tinere, in special.<\/p>\n<p>Dimensiunea \u00eentreprinderilor feminine este \u00een concordan\u021b\u0103 cu tendin\u021ba general\u0103 a \u00eentreprinderilor din Europa intreprinderi mici sau mijlocii.<\/p>\n<p>Domeniul de activitate este reprezentat \u00een principal de furnizarea de servicii inclusiv consultan\u021b\u0103, educa\u021bie, servicii financiare\/profesionale, servicii de s\u0103n\u0103tate, servicii publice \u0219i alte servicii). Activitatile tehnice sunt mai putin raspandite in antreprenoriatul feminin.<\/p>\n<p>Principalele obstacole cu care se confrunt\u0103 femeile angtreprenor \u00een prezent \u00een conducerea afacerilor lor \u00a0sunt urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8\u00a0 Birocra\u021bia \u0219i lichiditatea\/accesul la finan\u021bare; este necesar ca femeile sa aiba acces facil la finantare, f\u0103r\u0103 discriminarea din cauza sexului sau a domeniilor lor de activitate.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8\u00a0 Lipsa de timp pentru formare si calificare profesionala din cauza obligatiilor familiare care de regula intra in sarcina femeilor.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Discriminarea de gen privind retributia muncii, mai mica pentru femei.<\/li>\n<li>Sanse inegale pentru femei in accesarea functiilor de conducere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Studiul a mai evidentiat ca femeile antreprenor sustin transformarea prin digitalizare si sustenabilitate. Factorii de decizie trebuie sa sustina si sa garanteze accesul la informatii si sa sprijine initiativele pentru sustinerea transformarilor in economie.<\/p>\n<p>FEMEI DESIGNERI<\/p>\n<p>Oficiul Uniunii Europene pentru Proprietate Intelectual\u0103 (EUIPO) a analizat decalajul de gen \u00een activitatile de design din diferite perspective. In Raportul \u201dFemeile Designer\u201d elaborat in anul 2023 a analizat participarea femeilor din activitatea de design pe piata muncii pentru masurarea decalajului de gen privind ocuparea fortei de munca. In anul 2021, 24% dintre designeri erau femei. O diferenta similara de gen s-a inregistrat si la numarul de desene si modele inregistrate\u00a0 la EUIPO. O pondere de 26% dintre desenele si modelele inregistrate la EUIPO au avut in echipa de proiectare cel putin o femeie. De\u0219i decalajele de gen in activitatea de design s-au redus in ultimul deceniu totusi, progresul c\u0103tre paritatea de gen este lent. Rata medie anuala<\/p>\n<p>de cre\u0219tere a num\u0103rului de designeri feminini \u00een perioada 2011-2021 a fost de 5%, \u00een acest ritm ar dura 51 de ani pentru a se \u00a0atinge paritatea de gen in domeniu.<\/p>\n<p>Decalajul de gen \u00een angajarea designerilor se explic\u0103 prin propor\u021bia foarte sc\u0103zut\u0103 de femei care lucreaz\u0103 ca ingineri in domenii tehnice, dezvoltatori de software \u0219i anali\u0219ti \u0219i depun dosare de inregistrare a desenelor, modelelor, schitelor, etc desi ponderea femeilor profesioniste in geofizica,\u00a0 arhitectura si urbanism ajungr chiar la peste 50% in sapte state membre ale Uniunii Europene.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FEMEILE IN DOMENIUL TEHNOLOGIEI INFORMATICE SI COMUNICATIILOR <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Raportul UE \u201e\u201eDigitalCompass &amp; Digital Decade Policy Program 2030 (DDPP)\u201d din 2022\u201d a men\u021bionat urm\u0103toarele date statistice despre participarea femeilor \u00een sectorul TIC:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Doar 1 din 6 specialisti TIC din tarile membre UE este femeie;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Doar 1 din 3 absolven\u021bi de inginerie informatica, comunicatii si matematica\u00a0 , este femeie;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Doar 19% dintre antreprenorii europeni \u00een domeniul TIC sunt femei;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Femeile care lucreaz\u0103 \u00een TIC c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103 cu aproape 20% mai pu\u021bin dec\u00e2t c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103 b\u0103rba\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 93% din capitalul investit \u00een companii europene \u00een 2022 a mers c\u0103tre echipe fondatoare exclusiv masculine.<\/p>\n<p>Graficul de mai jos arat\u0103 num\u0103rul de speciali\u0219ti TIC \u00een anul 2013, indic\u00e2nd faptul c\u0103 procentul femeilor din TIC nu s-a schimbat prea mult de-a lungul timpului.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-126 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/4equality.erasmus.site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4e4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"430\" srcset=\"https:\/\/4equality.erasmus.site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4e4.jpg 800w, https:\/\/4equality.erasmus.site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4e4-300x161.jpg 300w, https:\/\/4equality.erasmus.site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4e4-768x413.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Adoptat\u0103 la 23 noiembrie 2023, \u201cRecomandarea Consiliului privind \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea competen\u021belor \u00een educa\u021bie\u201d urm\u0103re\u0219te s\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 competen\u021bele digitale \u00een educa\u021bie \u0219i formare, s\u0103\u00a0 asigure o educatie digital\u0103 incluziv\u0103 care nu las\u0103 pe nimeni \u00een urm\u0103, bazata pe\u00a0 urm\u0103toarele\u00a0 principii:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Tehnologia ar trebui folosit\u0103 pentru a uni oamenii, nu pentru a-i diviza.<\/p>\n<p>-Transformarea digital\u0103 ar trebui s\u0103 contribuie la o societate \u0219i o economie echitabile \u0219i favorabile incluziunii \u00een UE.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Orice persoan\u0103 are dreptul la educa\u021bie, formare \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare pe tot parcursul vie\u021bii \u0219i ar trebui s\u0103 poat\u0103 s\u0103 dob\u00e2ndeasc\u0103 toate competen\u021bele digitale de baz\u0103 \u0219i avansate.<\/p>\n<p>Uniunea Europeana s-a angajat s\u0103 ating\u0103 obiectivele programului de politic\u0103 &#8222;Deceniul digital&#8221;
