Introducere &#8211; O nou\u0103 er\u0103 pentru leadership<\/h1>\n<p>\u00cen lumea de azi, care evolueaz\u0103 rapid, tranzi\u021biile ecologice \u0219i digitale remodeleaz\u0103 economiile, societ\u0103\u021bile \u0219i modul \u00een care lucr\u0103m. De la inovarea climatic\u0103 \u0219i energia curat\u0103 la inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 \u0219i siguran\u021ba cibernetic\u0103, aceste transform\u0103ri nu sunt doar tehnologice &#8211; ele sunt \u0219i umane. \u0218i ele necesit\u0103 o conducere divers\u0103, incluziv\u0103 \u0219i orientat\u0103 spre viitor.<\/p>\n<p>Cu toate acestea, \u00een ciuda poten\u021bialului lor, pu\u021bine sunt femeile tinere implicate \u00een modelarea acestor tranzi\u021bii vitale. Potrivit Institutului European pentru Egalitatea de Gen (EIGE), <strong>femeile reprezint\u0103<\/strong> doar <strong>19% dintre speciali\u0219tii TI<\/strong>C \u0219i doar <strong>32% dintre absolven\u021bii din domeniile STEM din \u00eentreaga UE<\/strong>. \u00cen sectoarele verzi, cum ar fi energia \u0219i \u0219tiin\u021ba mediului, femeile sunt, \u00een continuare, marginalizate \u00een rolurile decizionale (EIGE, 2023).<\/p>\n<p>Ast\u0103zi, leadership-ul nu mai \u021bine de titluri, ci de viziune, curaj \u0219i capacitatea de a inspira schimbarea. \u00cen \u00eentreaga Europ\u0103, femeile tinere se dovedesc a fi deschiz\u0103toare de drumuri: lanseaz\u0103 startup-uri sustenabile, dezvolt\u0103 inteligen\u021b\u0103 artificial\u0103 cu impact social \u0219i pledeaz\u0103 pentru o politic\u0103 etic\u0103 \u00een domeniul climei. Cu toate acestea, de prea multe ori, vocile lor nu sunt auzite, eforturile lor nu sunt recunoscute, iar poten\u021bialul lor de lider nu este exploatat.<\/p>\n<p><em>Comisia European\u0103, Strategia privind egalitatea de gen 2020-2025 <sup>1<\/sup><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Proiectul <strong>4equality<\/strong> \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 schimbe acest lucru. Ac\u021biuni climatice, locuri de munc\u0103 ecologice, inteligen\u021b\u0103 artificial\u0103, ora\u0219e inteligente &#8211; acestea nu mai sunt idei pentru viitor, ci ne modeleaz\u0103 via\u021ba chiar acum. Iar \u00een centrul acestei schimb\u0103ri, avem nevoie de lideri care g\u00e2ndesc diferit. Avem nevoie de femei tinere.<\/p>\n<p>Femeile tinere au creativitatea, empatia \u0219i dorin\u021ba de a conduce tranzi\u021biile ecologice \u0219i digitale ale Europei. \u00cens\u0103, de prea multe ori, aceste roluri de conducere le revin altora. De fapt, doar 1 din 5 speciali\u0219ti TIC din Europa este femeie, iar majoritatea func\u021biilor decizionale din sectoarele sustenabilit\u0103\u021bii sunt \u00eenc\u0103 dominate de b\u0103rba\u021bi (Eurostat, 2023)<sup>2<\/sup>. Acest lucru nu este cauzat de faptul c\u0103 femeilor le lipsesc abilit\u0103\u021bile sau ambi\u021bia, ci pentru c\u0103 se confrunt\u0103 cu ziduri invizibile: a\u0219tept\u0103ri dep\u0103\u0219ite, mai pu\u021bini mentori \u0219i sisteme care nu au fost construite \u0219i pentru ele.<\/p>\n<p>Dar iat\u0103 adev\u0103rul: <strong>un management divers \u00eenseamn\u0103 putere<\/strong>. Atunci c\u00e2nd femeile fac parte din conversa\u021bie, solu\u021biile sunt mai creative, companiile au mai mult succes, iar comunit\u0103\u021bile sunt mai bine preg\u0103tite pentru provoc\u0103ri viitoare. Un studiu realizat de McKinsey arat\u0103 c\u0103 echipele cu o mai mare diversitate de gen nu sunt doar mai inovatoare &#8211; ci \u0219i mai profitabile. Multe tinere simt presiunea <strong>eco-anxiet\u0103\u021bii<\/strong> &#8211; \u00ee\u0219i fac griji pentru planet\u0103 \u0219i au impresia c\u0103 vocea lor nu va face nicio diferen\u021b\u0103. Altora le lipsesc competen\u021bele, deoarece oportunit\u0103\u021bile de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u00een domeniul ecologiei \u0219i tehnologiei nu sunt mereu concepute cu g\u00e2ndul la ele. \u0218i chiar \u0219i instrumentele digitale pot fi \u00een defavoarea lor &#8211; prejudec\u0103\u021bile din algoritmi \u0219i cultura tehnologic\u0103 pot \u00eengreuna crearea sentimentului de apartenen\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Iar aici pot interveni <strong>lucr\u0103torii de tineret<\/strong>. Profesorii, mentorii, formatorii au puterea de a deschide u\u0219i &#8211; de a crea un spa\u021biu pentru ca femeile tinere s\u0103 vorbeasc\u0103, s\u0103 \u00eencerce lucruri noi \u0219i s\u0103 se imagineze ca lideri. \u0218i aici este util \u0219i <strong>proiectul 4equality<\/strong>. Ruperea tiparelor: pove\u0219tile unor tinere deschiz\u0103toare de drumuri<\/h1>\n<p>\u00cen spatele fiec\u0103rei inova\u021bii se afl\u0103 o sc\u00e2nteie &#8211; \u0219i \u00een \u00eentreaga Europ\u0103, tot mai multe dintre aceste sc\u00e2ntei sunt aprinse de femei tinere care \u00eendr\u0103znesc s\u0103 conduc\u0103. Acestea elaboreaz\u0103 solu\u021bii climatice, lanseaz\u0103 startup-uri ecologice, construiesc instrumente etice de inteligen\u021b\u0103 artificial\u0103 \u0219i creeaz\u0103 valuri \u00een industrii \u00een care vocile lor erau rareori auzite.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0103 cunoa\u0219tem c\u00e2teva dintre aceste deschiz\u0103toare de drumuri &#8211; reale sau inspirate de pove\u0219ti reale &#8211; care arat\u0103 ce este posibil atunci c\u00e2nd talentul este sus\u021binut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u26a1<\/strong><strong> Nikoleta, 25 \u2013 un viitor echitabil din punct de vedere energetic<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Din Plovdiv, Bulgaria, Nikoleta este inginer mecanic \u0219i lucreaz\u0103 la <strong>sisteme de stocare a energiei regenerabile<\/strong>. \u00cen ultimul an de facultate, ea a observat c\u00e2t de pu\u021bine femei erau \u00een clasele sale &#8211; \u0219i chiar mai pu\u021bine erau \u00eencurajate s\u0103 participe la stagii de practic\u0103 \u00een industrie. Acestea \u00eengreuneaz\u0103 intrarea, r\u0103m\u00e2nerea \u0219i prosperitatea femeilor tinere \u00een industriile digitale.<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 <em>Ce ajut\u0103:<\/em> proiecte precum 4equality, care le \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 pe tinere s\u0103 recunoasc\u0103 prejudec\u0103\u021bile \u0219i s\u0103 riposteze. Barierele sunt reale, dar la fel sunt \u0219i solu\u021biile. Iar primul pas este s\u0103 \u0219tii c\u0103 vocea, ideile \u0219i conducerea ta sunt necesare &#8211; chiar acum.<\/p>\n<h1>5. De la con\u0219tientizare la ac\u021biune &#8211; cum putem responsabiliza urm\u0103toarea genera\u021bie<\/h1>\n<p>Con\u0219tientizarea este doar \u00eenceputul. Odat\u0103 ce am \u00een\u021beles barierele cu care se confrunt\u0103 tinerele femei \u00een sectoarele verde \u0219i digital, urm\u0103torul pas este s\u0103 ne \u00eentreb\u0103m: Ce putem face \u00een aceast\u0103 privin\u021b\u0103? Cum putem trece de la recunoa\u0219terea problemei la schimbarea efectiv\u0103 a sistemului &#8211; \u0219i la consolidarea \u00eencrederii urm\u0103toarei genera\u021bii de lideri?<\/p>\n<p>R\u0103spunsul se afl\u0103 \u00een parteneriate.
