Introducere<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen domeniul STEM, aflat \u00een rapid\u0103 schimbare, cererea de competen\u021be care s\u0103 corespund\u0103 nevoilor societ\u0103\u021bii moderne dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te competen\u021bele tehnice tradi\u021bionale sau abilit\u0103\u021bile tehnice (hard skills).<\/p>\n<p>Ceea ce caracterizeaza un lucr\u0103tor al viitorului sunt competentele care nu pot fi \u00eendeplinite de c\u0103tre inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 (IA). Acestea includ inteligen\u021ba emo\u021bional\u0103, rezilien\u021ba, atitudinea pozitiv\u0103, aten\u021bia con\u0219tient\u0103, autogestionarea etc. Aceste competen\u021be nu sunt adesea predate explicit \u00een \u0219coli \u0219i universit\u0103\u021bi, mai degrab\u0103 unele materii le pot aborda implicit.<\/p>\n<p>Angajatorii raporteaz\u0103 din ce \u00een ce mai mult c\u0103 absolven\u021bii STEM nu sunt preg\u0103ti\u021bi pentru un loc de munc\u0103, necesit\u0103 abilit\u0103\u021bi non-cognitive \u0219i au nevoie de un set mai larg de abilit\u0103\u021bi non-cognitive pentru a face fa\u021b\u0103 cerin\u021belor tranzi\u021biei digitale.<\/p>\n<p>Angajatorii sunt unanimi \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te importan\u021ba:<\/p>\n<p>Autogestion\u0103rii, scopului, perseveren\u021bei<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e2ndirii critice, rezolv\u0103rii problemelor, g\u00e2ndirii sistemice<\/p>\n<p>Comunic\u0103rii, colabor\u0103rii \u0219i muncii \u00een echip\u0103<\/p>\n<p>Angajatorii sesizeaza adesea c\u0103 absolven\u021bii STEM nu au competen\u021be specifice secolului XXI, ceea ce \u00eei \u00eempiedic\u0103 s\u0103 inoveze, s\u0103 se dezvolte \u0219i s\u0103 se adapteze \u00een vremuri incerte \u0219i volatile.<\/p>\n<p>Din cauza provoc\u0103rilor cu care se confrunt\u0103 studentele STEM, prin intermediul unei instruiri \u0219i sprijin complete, prin promovarea competen\u021belor secolului XXI (21CS), care se concentreaz\u0103 pe abilitati, ar avea un efect pozitiv asupra men\u021binerii studentelor STEM \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul superior din domeniu. Profesorii STEM din \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul superior \u0219i studen\u021bii STEM care nu sunt de sex feminin \u0219i care sunt mai con\u0219tien\u021bi de importan\u021ba abilit\u0103\u021bilor non-cognitive (cum ar fi empatia) au poten\u021bialul de a ac\u021biona ca un mecanism de sprijin pentru studente, influen\u021b\u00e2nd astfel mentinerea lor \u00een sistem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Construirea unui ecosistem pentru educa\u021bia STEM \u00een secolul XXI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De ce o abordare ecosistemic\u0103?<\/p>\n<p>Sistemele educa\u021bionale tradi\u021bionale func\u021bioneaz\u0103 adesea \u00een compartimente izolate &#8211; \u0219colile predau, industriile angajeaz\u0103, guvernele reglementeaz\u0103. \u00cen schimb, un ecosistem STEM interconecteaz\u0103 ace\u0219ti actori, cre\u00e2nd o re\u021bea de colaborare \u00een care \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea este continu\u0103, aplicat\u0103 \u0219i orientat\u0103 spre viitor.<\/p>\n<p>Un consor\u021biu european sub conducerea Universit\u0103\u021bii Tehnice din Riga a dezvoltat studiul \u201eConstruirea unui ecosistem pentru educa\u021bia STEM \u00een secolul XXI\u201d. Domeniile de competen\u021be care necesit\u0103 aten\u021bie imediat\u0103 \u0219i cea mai mare prioritate atunci c\u00e2nd vine vorba de preg\u0103tirea absolven\u021bilor STEM pentru pia\u021ba muncii sunt:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Autogestionare, inten\u021bie, perseveren\u021b\u0103<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Adaptabilitate, rezilien\u021b\u0103 \u0219i rezisten\u021b\u0103 la stres<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Creativitate<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Curiozitate \u0219i oportunit\u0103\u021bi deschise<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Inteligen\u021b\u0103 emo\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i empatie<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Bun\u0103stare, atitudini pozitive \u0219i con\u0219tientizare deplin\u0103<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Un plan strategic privind educa\u021bia STEM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Planul strategic pentru educa\u021bia STEM este o ini\u021biativ\u0103 cheie a Uniunii Competen\u021belor. Planul stabile\u0219te m\u0103suri pentru inversarea tendin\u021bei de sc\u0103dere a performan\u021bei \u00een domeniul competen\u021belor STEM la \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i pentru a \u00eencuraja mai mul\u021bi elevi, \u00een special fete \u0219i femei, s\u0103 urmeze studii \u0219i cariere STEM. Planul a dezvoltat 3 obiective cheie:<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8\u00a0 Transformarea STEM \u00eentr-o prioritate strategic\u0103 \u00een politica UE privind educa\u021bia \u0219i competen\u021bele.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8\u00a0 Sprijinirea cre\u0219terii num\u0103rului de programe STEM care sunt preg\u0103tite pentru viitor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8\u00a0 Ridicarea barierelor prin atragerea mai multor femei c\u0103tre studii \u0219i cariere STEM, inspirarea viitorilor inovatori \u0219i atragerea talentelor STEM.<\/p>\n<p>Ridicarea Barierelor \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 implice mai multe fete \u0219i femei \u00een STEM cu sprijinul mentorilor \u0219i al modelelor de urmat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/education.ec.europa.eu\/focus-topics\/stem\">https:\/\/education.ec.europa.eu\/focus-topics\/stem<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Exemple de ac\u021biuni:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Lansarea programului \u201eGirls go STEM\u201d pentru a atrage mai multe fete c\u0103tre disciplinele STEM, prin instruirea a 1 milion de fete \u0219i femei p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2028 prin intermediul diferitelor ini\u021biative europene pentru a le dezvolta abilit\u0103\u021bile tehnice \u0219i antreprenoriale \u00een domeniile STEM.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Lansarea programului \u201eSTEM Futures\u201d pentru a inspira studen\u021bii prin intermediul unor pove\u0219ti de succes \u00een educa\u021bia STEM (de exemplu, implicarea fetelor \u0219i femeilor \u00een STEM \u0219i organizarea unei S\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni Europene STEM).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Proiectul pilot \u201eBurse pentru speciali\u0219ti STEM\u201d pentru a atrage exper\u021bi STEM interna\u021bionali de top \u00een institu\u021biile de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt superior \u0219i de cercetare din UE.<\/p>\n<p>Ac\u021biunile vizeaz\u0103 capacitarea institu\u021biilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt superior pentru a promova participarea femeilor \u00een domeniile de studiu STEM \u0219i pentru a crea pun\u021bi de colaborare \u00eentre studen\u021bi, industrie \u0219i exper\u021bi academici.<\/p>\n<p>Direc\u021biile viitoare ale ecosistemului STEM din secolul XXI trebuie s\u0103 includ\u0103:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Competen\u021be \u00een domeniul inteligen\u021bei artificiale \u0219i al automatiz\u0103rii pentru to\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Cadru etic care s\u0103 ghideze inova\u021biile STEM.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Re\u021bele globale de rezolvare a problemelor \u00een care studen\u021bii din diferite tari colaboreaza.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Modele de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare pe tot parcursul vie\u021bii care s\u0103 asigure recalificarea continu\u0103 \u0219i adaptabilitatea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Concluzii<\/strong>\u00cen ecosistemul educa\u021biei STEM \u0219i av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere nevoia de a dezvolta noi competen\u021be \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bi adaptate schimb\u0103rilor tehnologice \u0219i de mediu, microcreditele sunt din ce \u00een ce mai mult v\u0103zute ca o modalitate de a completa \u0219i\/sau reforma sistemele de calific\u0103ri existente, oferind poten\u021bialul de utilizare \u0219i accesibilitate pentru incluziunea social\u0103 a utilizatorilor finali, \u00een special a grupurilor sau persoanelor dezavantajate (cursan\u021bi \u0219i lucr\u0103tori).Aten\u021bia tot mai mare acordat\u0103 microcreditelor este demonstrat\u0103 \u00een Agenda UE pentru competen\u021be 2020, care consider\u0103 c\u0103 evolu\u021biile din acest domeniu sprijin\u0103 direct politicile de perfec\u021bionare \u0219i recalificare a adul\u021bilor.
