Prejudec\u0103\u021bile de gen, chiar \u0219i atunci c\u00e2nd sunt subtile sau neinten\u021bionate, influen\u021beaz\u0103 puternic modul \u00een care fetele \u0219i b\u0103ie\u021bii se percep pe sine \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bile lor. \u00cen special pentru tinerele femei, stereotipurile persistente le pot afecta s\u0103n\u0103tatea mintal\u0103, nivelul de \u00eencredere \u0219i traiectoriile carierei pe termen lung. \u00cen\u021belegerea acestor efecte este esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru construirea unor medii de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i de lucru incluzive &#8211; un obiectiv important al proiectului 4equality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce sunt prejudec\u0103\u021bile de gen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prejudec\u0103\u021bile de gen se refer\u0103 la un tratament inegal sau la a\u0219tept\u0103ri bazate pe gen. Apar \u00een multe situa\u021bii de zi cu zi, cum ar fi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>profesorii care, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 \u0219tie, \u00eencurajeaz\u0103 b\u0103ie\u021bii mai mult la disciplinele STEM<\/li>\n<li>angajatorii care consider\u0103 candida\u021bii de sex masculin mai potrivi\u021bi pentru conducere<\/li>\n<li>mass-media care prezint\u0103 femeile \u00een principal \u00een roluri pasive sau secundare<\/li>\n<li>familia sau prietenii care descurajeaz\u0103 fetele de la cariere ambi\u021bioase<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De\u0219i sunt individuale, mici, aceste experien\u021be se acumuleaz\u0103 \u00een timp \u0219i modeleaz\u0103 convingerile interne despre valoarea \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bile cuiva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cum afecteaz\u0103 prejudec\u0103\u021bile de gen s\u0103n\u0103tatea mintal\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Cre\u0219terea stresului \u0219i a anxiet\u0103\u021bii<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tinerele femei se simt adesea presate s\u0103 se conformeze normelor de gen, cum ar fi s\u0103 fie modeste, agreabile sau s\u0103 evite asertivitatea. Abordarea acestora este esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru construirea unor tinere rezistente, ambi\u021bioase \u0219i autonome. Proiectul 4equality contribuie la aceast\u0103 misiune prin furnizarea de instrumente, cuno\u0219tin\u021be \u0219i sprijin care ajut\u0103 tinerele femei \u0219i lucr\u0103torii cu tinerii s\u0103 recunoasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 conteste prejudec\u0103\u021bile.
