Pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce aceste tehnologii c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103 mai mult\u0103 putere decizional\u0103, apare o \u00eentrebare important\u0103: vor putea IA \u0219i robotica s\u0103 reduc\u0103 prejudec\u0103\u021bile de gen \u0219i discriminarea de gen sau, dimpotriv\u0103, vor consolida inegalit\u0103\u021bile existente?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Argumente care sus\u021bin rolul pozitiv al IA \u0219i roboticii<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pe de o parte, IA \u0219i robotica au poten\u021bialul de a reduce discriminarea de gen, deoarece sistemele automatizate pot fi concepute pentru a lua decizii pe baza unor criterii obiective, mai degrab\u0103 dec\u00e2t a emo\u021biilor sau stereotipurilor. Sunt necesare mai multe eforturi \u00een Europa pentru a aborda aceast\u0103 problem\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Incluziunea digital\u0103 este un efort la nivelul \u00eentregii UE pentru a se asigura c\u0103 toat\u0103 lumea poate contribui la lumea digital\u0103 \u0219i poate beneficia de ea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ac\u021biuni privind competen\u021bele digitale axate pe femei \u0219i fete<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Premiile anuale europene pentru competen\u021be digitale (EDSA) includ o categorie <strong>\u201eFemeile \u00een carierele TIC<\/strong>\u201d. Acesta sus\u021bine dezvoltarea \u0219i utilizarea unei inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 de \u00eencredere, protej\u00e2nd \u00een acela\u0219i timp \u00eempotriva riscurilor legate de IA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Concluzie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen concluzie, inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 \u0219i robotica au poten\u021bialul de a ajuta la reducerea prejudec\u0103\u021bilor de gen \u0219i a discrimin\u0103rii de gen, dar nu pot atinge acest obiectiv singure. Impactul lor depinde de modul \u00een care sunt concepute, de calitatea datelor pe care le utilizeaz\u0103 \u0219i de responsabilitatea etic\u0103 a celor care le dezvolt\u0103 \u0219i le implementeaz\u0103. Preg\u0103tirea \u0219i capacitarea fetelor tinere pentru a participa la TIC, robotic\u0103 \u0219i IA este un pas esen\u021bial c\u0103tre asigurarea faptului c\u0103 tehnologiile viitoare sunt echitabile, incluzive \u0219i reprezentative.
